Terms & Conditions

Low Season:

The total price of the reservation will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
If booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Mid Season/ Special Events:

The total price of the reservation will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
If booking is cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

High Season:

The total price of the reservation will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
If booking is cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Take note that a damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The property charges this prior to your arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The $200 does not go out of the bank account it sits frozen as a pending transaction and as soon as the bond is released then the pending transaction disappears. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
